Who We Are

This website, ajmandrivingacademy.ae, promotes driving lessons offered at Civil Academy of Driving and Safety L.L.C, 7 شارع عثمان بن عفان - Al Owan - Al Nakhil 1 - Ajman, UAE. In these terms, "we", "us" and "the academy" mean Civil Academy of Driving and Safety L.L.C.

Rubab Tanveer is a female driving instructor who teaches at the academy in Ajman. She is an instructor only. She is not the owner of the academy, and she cannot agree to change these terms, prices or policies on behalf of the academy.

Our Services

We offer driving lessons, theory classes and test support. Course details and prices on this website are a guide. Your final course, price and lesson plan are confirmed when you register.

Fees and Payments

• The course fee is what you pay the academy for your classes and lessons. The package prices on this website are in UAE dirhams (AED).
• Government fees, such as the traffic file, eye test, tests and license card, are set by the authorities. They are separate from our course fee and can change.
• We will tell you the full cost before you pay, so you know what you are paying for.

Booking and Changing Lessons

• Lessons run on the days and times we agree with you when you register.
• If you need to change a class, please tell us as early as you can so we can offer a new time.
• If we need to change a class, for example because of weather or illness, we will contact you and offer a new time.
• Refund and cancellation terms are explained to you when you register. Please ask the team if you are not sure.

Your Responsibilities as a Learner

• Give us correct and valid documents, such as your Emirates ID and eye test.
• Arrive on time and listen to your instructor during lessons.
• Do not drive or come to a lesson under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medicine that makes you drowsy.
• Follow UAE traffic law and the rules of the academy at all times.

Tests and Results

We prepare you as well as we can, but we cannot promise that you will pass. Test dates, results and licenses are decided by the traffic authorities, not by the academy or by your instructor.

Using This Website

You may use this website for your own personal use to learn about our lessons and to contact us. Please do not copy our content, misuse the website or try to harm it. The text, photos and design belong to the academy or are used with permission.

Our Responsibility

We take care to keep the information on this website correct, but it may change or contain mistakes. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss caused by using this website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under UAE law.
