Who Is Responsible for Your Data

This website, ajmandrivingacademy.ae, promotes driving lessons offered at Civil Academy of Driving and Safety L.L.C in Ajman, UAE. Civil Academy of Driving and Safety L.L.C is the company responsible for your personal data.

Rubab Tanveer is a female driving instructor at the academy. She is an instructor only. She is not the owner of the academy, and she is not the company responsible for your data.

We keep this to what we need to answer you and teach you to drive.

• Details you send us: your name, mobile number, email (optional), the course you are interested in and your preferred lesson time.
• WhatsApp and phone calls: your phone number and the messages you send us, when you contact us on WhatsApp or call us.
• Registration documents: when you join a course, we may ask for a copy of your Emirates ID, passport, visa, eye test result and photos, to open your training file.
• Button click alerts: when you tap a WhatsApp or call button, we receive a short alert with the button name, the page, the time, your IP address, your approximate location (city and country), your device type and your browser. This helps us see which pages bring enquiries and reply faster.

How We Use Your Information

• To reply to your message and recommend the right course.
• To book your lessons and open your training file.
• To help with your theory and road tests.
• To keep our website safe and working well, and to understand which pages are useful.
• To follow UAE laws and the rules of the traffic authorities.
